Which CPU will I get?
Each plan names the core count and the CPU family. The exact model depends on stock in your city and is shown before you pay. You never get fewer cores, less memory or slower disks than the plan lists.
Can I change the configuration?
Yes. More memory, more disks, a second network port or a 10 Gbps uplink can be added to any plan. Custom builds are quoted in writing and usually ready in 1 to 3 days.
Is the server shared with anyone?
No. A dedicated server is a physical machine used only by you. Only our engineers can reach the hardware, and only for the work you request.
What happens if hardware fails?
We monitor disks, memory and power. A failed part is replaced, usually within hours. Data on RAID 1 disks stays available while one disk is changed.
Do I need KYC?
Yes. Indian rules require us to verify every customer who buys a server or IP address. It takes a few minutes online with your PAN or company documents.
Can I bring my own server instead?
Yes, through colocation. We rack your hardware in our data centre and provide power, cooling and network.
